Consistency is no accident.

A good cleaning result shouldn't depend on memory, guesswork or who happens to be on site.

Behind every well-maintained space is a clear understanding of what needs to be done, a practical process for doing it and a system that keeps everyone on the same page.

At Simple Creature Works, we connect site planning, hands-on supervision, documented procedures and digital tools to make quality part of the everyday workflow.

It starts with understanding
your space.

01 Site Inspection

02 Requirements Discussion

We begin with a walkthrough of your premises, looking at how each area is used, foot traffic, facilities, surface types and any existing cleaning challenges.

We discuss your expectations, cleaning priorities, preferred service hours, budget and any site-specific requirements — from access arrangements and security procedures to waste handling and consumables.

03 Scope & Schedule

We develop a clearly defined cleaning scope, outlining what needs to be cleaned, how often, which tasks should rotate and when the work should take place.

04 Establishing the workflow

For every new site, our owner and supervisor personally carry out at least the first three cleaning visits.
This allows us to test and refine the workflow in real conditions — including task sequences, suitable products, equipment and the time needed to complete the work properly.

05 Documented SOPs

Once the workflow is established, we document the procedures, cleaning methods, products, safety and security instructions, and any special requirements.
The result is a practical, site-specific operating guide that our team can follow consistently.

Everything in its place.

Good cleaning shouldn't rely on someone remembering every instruction or searching through messages to find important information. Our digital employee portal brings the information needed for each site together in one accessible place.

01

Site Profiles

Address, access details, security requirements, site contacts and specific instructions.

02

Cleaning Scope

Task lists, cleaning sequences, frequencies, rotational schedules and Standard Operating Procedures.

03

Products & Equipment

Site-specific products, equipment requirements and instructions for their correct use.

04

Service Records

Completed tasks, site observations and information that helps supervisors maintain visibility over delivery.

A documented procedure is only valuable when it is consistently followed.

Standards are maintained, not assumed.

Three Guided & Supervised Visits

Every team member completes at least three guided and supervised cleaning visits at each new site, learning the workflow, site-specific requirements and expected standards before working independently.

Monthly Random Inspections

Unannounced quality checks help identify missed tasks, verify standards and address issues before they become recurring problems.

Regular Refreshers & Training

We regularly revisit site procedures, refresh practical skills and provide further training as requirements or cleaning methods evolve.

Customer Feedback & Follow-up

We actively seek and record customer feedback, discuss findings with our team and follow up on improvements. Feedback also helps us recognise good performance and identify training needs.
Continuous Improvement

Inspection results, staff observations and customer feedback help us refine SOPs and improve service delivery over time.
