The way we work.

Good cleaning isn't about doing more. It's about understanding what needs attention, choosing the right approach and doing the work well.

Every space is different. So are the surfaces, the way people use them, and the details that matter.

From the products we choose to the way we clean, every step has a purpose. we combine practical techniques, thoughtful preparation and everyday experience to make cleaning more effective, efficient and consistent.

Our method aren't fixed in stone. They're shaped by the work we do every day. continuously refined as we learn what works better.

Reset. Maintain. Rotate.

A detailed initial clean addresses accumulated dust, stubborn marks and the areas that routine cleaning may have missed. It establishes a clear starting standard, making ongoing maintenance more effective and easier to manage.

For clients choosing a 12-month agreement, we include one complimentary Reset, regardless of the size of the site.

Rotate
Start with a clean slate.
Keep the everyday right.

Routine cleaning focuses on the areas that affect how people experience a space every day.
Rather than treating every surface the same way on every visit, we combine essential cleaning, targeted spot cleaning and scheduled tasks according to how the space is used.

Give every detail its turn.

A consistently clean space shouldn't need to be rescued by a deep clean every few months.

Our approach is built around three complementary stages that work together to keep spaces looking and feeling their best.

Some areas need attention every day. Others need it weekly, monthly or quarterly.

By rotating detailed cleaning tasks — from skirting boards and high-level dusting to less-accessible fixtures, edges and fittings — we prevent overlooked areas from gradually building up.

Prepared with purpose.

A better clean often begins before we arrive on site.

The right tools, the right products and a well-prepared cleaning kit make a difference to both the result and the time it takes to achieve it.

Products chosen for a reason.

Different surfaces and different types of soil need different solutions.
We favour effective, low-odour products where appropriate, selecting cleaning chemistry and tools to suit the surface rather than relying on one product for everything.
The right product, used correctly, often means less scrubbing, fewer repeated passes and a better finish.

Cross-contamination, thoughtfully controlled.

Our colour-separated system helps keep bathroom, kitchen, general surfaces and other designated areas apart.
We use fresh cloths and pads when moving between cleaning zones, with clean and used materials stored separately.
It's a simple approach that makes hygiene practices easier to follow consistently.

Fresh cloths. Every site.

We prepare enough freshly laundered microfibre cloths and mop pads for each site, with separate colours for different cleaning zones.
Used cloths go straight into a dedicated laundry bag. They don't return to a bucket of dirty water, and they aren't reused at another site before laundering.
Cloths and mop pads are washed using a controlled laundry process with appropriate detergent and disinfection.

Small decisions, better results.

The difference between an ordinary clean and a really good one often comes down to small decisions made throughout the job.

Work in the right sequence.

In a kitchen, for example, we work from higher and cleaner surfaces towards lower and dirtier areas, allowing suitable products the time they need to work while other tasks are completed.
A considered sequence reduces repeated cleaning and avoids undoing work that's already been done.

Match the tool to the surface.

Not every surface benefits from the same duster or cleaning cloth.
We use microfibre dusters for accessible everyday surfaces, extendable tools for higher or difficult-to-reach areas, and soft detailing brushes for narrow edges, grooves and intricate fittings.
The aim is to capture and remove dust effectively, rather than simply move it around.

Clean glass with less effort.

For glass and mirrors, we choose tools that give a clear, streak-free finish without unnecessary spraying or repeated wiping.
Where suitable, a properly prepared glass-cleaning tool can clean both sides efficiently, while reducing excess product and movement around the space.

Pay attention to the overlooked.

A bathroom isn't finished simply because the basin and toilet look clean.
We also pay attention to details such as drain grates, tap bases, door handles, switches, dispensers and the areas around paper-towel facilities.
These are the small places where dirt, moisture and frequent contact can make a difference.

Maintain the whole space, not just the obvious parts.

In offices, showrooms and shared spaces, we distinguish between what needs cleaning every visit and what can be maintained through scheduled rotation.
Presentation areas receive frequent attention, while details such as partitions, skirting boards, fittings and less-used surfaces are included in a planned cleaning cycle.
